Lara is a proficient conveyancing specialist, as well as the Head of our New Homes & Investments division.
Having started her career as a legal secretary, Lara has gained valuable experience alongside studying further conveyancing qualifications to become an expert in New Homes & Investment properties.
She leads our New Homes & Investments team, providing precise legal advice in a notoriously complex area. Since working exclusively with new builds and investment properties from 2016, Lara uses her specialist knowledge to help navigate transactions on behalf of her clients, protecting their interests above all else.
Lara and her team aim to guide their clients through new build transactions with a minimum of fuss, whether you're purchasing a new build with a lease, an off-plan property or need help navigating stamp duty. Lara's team has a wide range of expertise to cover all your needs.
