Olivia is a Paralegal in the Property team at Laurus. She assists clients with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Olivia has particular experience managing transactions from instruction to completion, liaising closely with clients, estate agents and lenders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
She has over three years of experience in residential property law, supporting solicitors with a wide range of conveyancing matters. Her experience has given her a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and a client-focused approach.
Olivia enjoys helping clients navigate one of the most important transactions in their lives. She finds it rewarding to provide clear guidance and reassurance throughout the process and takes pride in seeing clients’ satisfaction when their move completes successfully.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Chester. She is also passionate about education and social awareness, having supported projects that promote learning and remembrance, including fundraising for the Cuba Writes initiative to help rebuild a school in Cuba and improve its resources.
