She also drafts and advises on pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and has particular expertise in high-net-worth financial remedy cases and matters of enforcement.

She regularly represents clients in children’s disputes, dealing with all applications under the Children Act 1989, including relocation cases both within the UK and internationally. Camilla has significant experience in cases involving serious allegations of domestic or sexual abuse, intractable contact disputes, and matters overlapping with the criminal courts. She is also well versed in applications under the Family Law Act 1996 and cases involving coercive or controlling behaviour. As a qualified mediator, she is able to conduct mediations remotely, in person or on a shuttle basis.
