Annabelle is a Paralegal in the Property team at Laurus. She supports the team with sales and purchases, new leases, lease variations, transfers of equity, refinancing and other transactional work, with experience across both residential and commercial property matters.
She joined Laurus in June 2024 and brings over three years of experience in property law. Before joining the firm, Annabelle worked as a paralegal in a commercial property role for two years, followed by 18 months in residential conveyancing.
Annabelle graduated from the University of Birmingham with an LLB Law (Hons) degree. After travelling in Australia, she returned to London to begin her SQE1 and SQE2 Masters, with the goal of qualifying as a solicitor.
She enjoys the analytical nature of property law and finds satisfaction in solving complex problems, providing clear guidance and ensuring transactions run smoothly and efficiently for clients.
