Tara is a Paralegal in our Legacy team, based in our City office.
Tara joined Laurus in 2018, having achieved a first in her LLB Law degree and is now striving forward in her legal career assisting the Legacy department in advising clients in the administration of Estates.
In her role as a Paralegal working within our Legacy team, Tara is the primary point contact for our Estate Administration clients from initial introductions through to obtaining the Grant of Probate.
Tara also assists with obtaining valuations of the assets and liabilities, applying the available inheritance tax exemptions and reliefs and preparing the Grant of Representation application for non-taxable estates (“Pre-Grant” estate administration)
In her own words:
“I enjoy guiding the clients through the initial stages of the process and taking the emotional strain off of our clients while they are grieving. It is rewarding to be able to help people during such a difficult time.”
