Using your expert knowledge of estate planning your role will involve:
- Holding meeting with clients and providing them with appropriate advice in relation to their estate planning needs and taking instructions
- Clearly and concisely explaining legal issues to clients surrounding estate planning.
- Adhering to Laurus compliance and sales process
- Skilled in establishing a client’s needs and presenting the solution to the client to meet those needs
- Being proactive in marketing the company’s services
- Assisting with nurturing professional relationships with Introducers by keeping them updated.
We are looking for a person who can demonstrate a high level of skill, knowledge and experience in this field. In particular:
- Estate Planning: 2 years minimum.
- A member of the Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners or the Institute of Professional Will Writers or the Society of Will Writers would be preferable but not essential
- Experience in using software for will drafting
- Bring demonstrable expert knowledge of wills and LPAs
- Have strong experience dealing face to face with clients
- Display exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Exhibit excellent time management skills
- Have the ability to use your own initiative and to generate referrals from leads provided by regular introducers and internally from our other two departments
- Present yourself professionally and show truly excellent client care skills
