About us

Bold, dynamic and growing rapidly, Laurus is the law firm that’s redefining the legal experience.

From our London offices in Farringdon and Clapham, we use a people-first approach, putting clients at the centre and building a professional, entrepreneurial culture from within.

We're on a mission to improve people's legal wellbeing, by providing them with high quality, simple and effective legal advice that is jargon-free and completed with the minimum of fuss.

Today we are building life-long relationships with our clients, standing by their side, placing our legal expertise at their fingertips – exactly when they need it. Our ambition is big. We want to transform the personal legal industry, and we need great people to make that happen.

You will be joining one of London’s fastest growing, Property Law teams with a market-leading reputation for excellence.

Our Paralegals make our specialist teams tick. You’ll be sitting at the heart of cases – researching, analysing, collating, preparing and proofing legal documents, as well as being a superstar at the office fundamentals of diary management, emailing, filing and customer service.

You will have solid experience of residential property transactions and be comfortable in an open, entrepreneurial and progressive working culture. Equally, you’ll be at home dealing with the meticulous checking of documents, and making sure details are correct across files, reports and cases.

Helping our teams deliver Legal Wellbeing is a vital part of the role. You’ll be visible client-side so your interactions are key to our continued success and growth.

We are looking for like-minded people to help us evolve our business and enhance our reputation - and yours. In return we offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package as well as many opportunities for growth, mentoring and development.

We believe in modern working practices. We embrace technology to work flexibly and in an agile way, inside and outside of our offices.

Our firm depends on ambitious individuals who have the ability to match our business expansion with a flexible, positive mindset.
