The role

This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to join Laurus as our first in-house Systems Trainer. You will have the opportunity to define the function and make it your own – we make innovative use of a wide range of systems that are critical to our commercial success. The importance of this role can only grow!

This is a newly created role reporting directly to the COO, ensuring our employees are equipped with the knowledge to use our systems in the most efficient, productive way. You will be supporting our team's use of our IT systems by identifying training needs, designing materials to meet these needs, and upholding Laurus' standards across the firm. Based in London, we are happy to hear from candidates looking to work remotely and flexibly, who are happy to be on site on a regular basis. If you’re great at what you do, we will make it work.

Bold, dynamic and growing rapidly, Laurus is the law firm that’s redefining the legal experience.

From our London offices in Farringdon, Aldgate and Clapham, we use a people-first approach, putting clients at the centre and building a professional, entrepreneurial culture from within.

We're on a mission to improve people's legal wellbeing, by providing them with high quality, simple and effective legal advice that is jargon-free and completed with the minimum of fuss.

Today we are building life-long relationships with our clients, standing by their side, placing our legal expertise at their fingertips – exactly when they need it. Our ambition is big. We want to transform the personal legal industry, and we need great people to make that happen.
