Marketing Executive

Expertise: Marketing

Experience: Graduate / Entry Level

Please email our Marketing Director on john.fynan@lauruslaw.co.uk with a covering letter and full CV.

The Candidate

You will be a recent marketing graduate or a graduate of a related business and/or English degree with a solid academic record. We are happy to speak to candidates who perhaps felt university was not the path for them and are able to demonstrate strong A-level results and the drive to undertake a steep learning curve.

You will have a demonstrable entrepreneurial spirit and a mind that challenges conventional thinking, possessing the ability to place yourself in other peoples’ shoes and design solutions that truly impact positively both the business commercially and our clients’ lives.

You will have an eye for design and strong grasp of technology – marrying the two together to create impactful marketing. Your communication skills both verbally and written, and the ability to influence will be one of your key strengths.

We are looking for a talented individual to join us in the role of Marketing Executive.

This is an entry-level position in a newly created role reporting directly to the Marketing Director and working with key stakeholders from across the firm. Although not essential, any previous marketing experience, whether gained through internships or work experience, is advantageous.

You will be comfortable communicating and collaborating with colleagues from across our departments to translate their complex, legal expertise in to engaging and relevant content pieces – which you will own the distribution of across both online and offline channels.

You will also become an expert in our CRM system, maintaining clean data, training users and utilising reporting and analytics to support our lawyers in nurturing key business relationships to drive sales.

You will support the Marketing Director in translating strategy in to creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference to the firm’s success. In doing so, you will be liaising and managing relationships with our creative and PR partners.

This hands-on role will see you involved in all key marketing projects as we reach out to the market and cultivate interest in our services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

In return you will be joining one of London’s highly regarded and fastest growing consumer law firms. We champion modern and flexible working practices – you will receive a company MacBook and iPhone – with robust remote working systems in place to enable you to reach your potential both inside and outside of our offices.

You will work directly with a shareholder and director receiving first-hand experience of a business in growth and having a true impact on its success.

We will make time to develop your skill set and improve you as a marketer. You’ll receive a competitive salary, company pension, 25 days annual holiday, and be involved in a host of company social events throughout the year.
