Highly experienced and approachable, Victoria is an Associate in our Family team.
Having worked in Family law for nearly a decade, including at some of the top ranked law firms in the country, Victoria has a depth of experience in relation to divorce, finances, injunctions and children work. She has particular experience with the financial arrangements following a relationship breakdown, as well as cases involving domestic abuse.
Victoria can also advise on protecting your assets by way of nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
Victoria focuses on building strong relationships with her clients, building their confidence and achieving the best possible outcome on their behalf. For Victoria, the most rewarding part of her role is being able to support her clients through a difficult time, and helping them to move forward with a fresh start.
In addition, Victoria is a member of the industry body Resolution, following a Code of Practice which promotes a constructive approach to family matters, and encourages solutions which work best for everyone involved, particularly children. Victoria sits on the committee of the Law Society Ethnic Minority Lawyers Division, which supports solicitors from black and minority ethnic backgrounds and their allies, allowing their voices to be heard and creating opportunities for career development.
Alongside her work, Victoria volunteers Pro Bono whenever she can.
